Ali Center Houston Membership Application

To be eligible for membership, you must:

• Be a Twelver Shia Muslim
• Be known for good character and religious practice, such as prayer and fasting
• Be 18 years or older (men and women alike)
• Have lived in the Greater Houston area for at least three years
• Pay the annual membership contribution: $25 for individuals, $50 for families
• Have a clean criminal record
• Have an official Texas identification (driver's license or ID card)

Before you begin, please have ready:

• Your Texas driver's license or Texas ID card
• The names and phone numbers of two community members who know you
• A debit or credit card for the membership contribution

Every application is reviewed by the center's leadership, and membership may be revoked if any information provided is found to be untrue.
